RE: RB Concepts Engine for Short Tracks
try a 5-port engine. i love RB too, but you could also give the v-spec a try...awesome engine.

RE: TRACKS !!!!!
i built my own track with a flat shovel and a steel rake. needless to say, it was hard work. it cost me about $50 worth of beer and cheeseburgers to pay a few buddies to help me, but the end results were worth it.

kyosho inferno gt question
does anyone have one of these things? pictures of the car look good, although i notice some cheap looking phillips head screws. with a good engine, the fun potential could be high. if anyone has one, your feedback/experiences would be appreciated. thanks

easy enough to check out...disconnect the servo arm from the servo and see if the steering moves freely.

RE: A question regarding pipes
i tried the frozen water several times. it will help pop out a slight deformity, but will not totally remove dents. and dents will definately hurt power. ALL the power from a 2-stroke engine comes from the tuned pipe.

RE: RB Owners
the S-7 will take a little real estate to get revved up, but when it does, man. hard to find more bang for your buck. not really a good choice for a tight track though. and yes, S-7 has 7 ports, S-5 has 5 ports. hard to beat RB quality. best engines i have messed with.

RE: Futaba or Airtronics
the 3pk has a nicely balanced feel to me. the radio feels solid, is very user friendly, and if you ever need to wop another driver over the head, you have a nice long antenna to do it with. [sm=shades_smile.gif]

RE: xxx-4 G+ brushless
hey man, i am having a problem adjusting my slipper clutch. i ran the buggy (xxx4 graphite+) for the first time tonight, and the slipper was slipping completely. i tried to tighten the thin nut on the slipper clutch, to the point where i really didn't feel like i could tighten it any further, but the clutch kept slipping badly. any suggestions? thanks

RE: Kyosho 777 SP1
definately have them order some o-rings and spacers to rebuild shocks. kyosho shocks leak bad. after about 4 gallons i had to replace the chassis because the extruded diff area (at the rear of the chassis) had ground away.

RE: Got Hyper 8port running great then... (Radio Prob)
are you sure that the servo horn is seated properly on the servo? when i say "seated properly", i am talking about the teeth inside the servo horn meshing with the servo gear. if i am not mistaken, you have the yellow servo horn right? make sure it doesn't have any free play.
