Scratch built Ryan STA all balsa covered “old school” with Sig Koverall and epoxy paint. Mothballed in 1997 with a low time FA-50. Brought out of storage in 2017. Replaced tank and fuel lines, engine not touched. Replaced the battery with a fresh Panasonic NiCad pack. Started easily, ran and flew well. Nice plane but the LG is not tolerant of rough fields!
